What is the difference in each collection?
The difference between each collection is simply the designs! All of our collections are unisex, made with the same slightly weighted, super soft combed cotton material, and designed to be oversized.
Can I exchange my order?
U.S. orders can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please review the return policy for instructions on how to start a U.S.-based exchange from the portal. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping fee.
Forgot to add an item to my order, can I make a change before it ships?
Once your order has been completed, it goes almost immediately into processing and is then sent to the warehouse for shipping. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. Please place a new order on the website for the additional items.
Can I change the color/size of what I just ordered?
Once your order has been submitted successfully, it goes almost immediately into processing and is then sent to the warehouse for shipping. To ensure timely delivery, no changes can be made at this stage. However, we do offer even exchanges once you have received your order. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we will gladly assist with an even exchange.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes! Please ensure all information is entered correctly prior to checkout.
The style/size/color I want is out of stock. When will you be restocking?
Our clothing is designed with seasonal collections, and we strive to keep up with demand. If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for back-in-stock email alerts on the product page of the out-of-stock item.
I am between sizes. What size do you recommend?
Please refer to our size chart for general measurements. Keep in mind that all collections are unisex and designed to be oversized. If you still need assistance, feel free to email us for additional help.
Do you offer any discounts for first-time buyers?
Yes! We offer a 10% discount to first-time buyers.
Do you offer plus sizes?
Absolutely! All of our styles are stocked in a full and inclusive size range, up to 3X.
Can you help with a damaged product?
We apologize if you received a damaged item. In this rare case, please email a photo of the damaged product to [email protected] along with your information, and we will gladly assist you with a resolution. Please note that any damaged items outside of a 5-day return window cannot be returned or refunded.
